End User License Agreement
Last updated: 28 October 2026
This agreement is between you ("you") and 2603639 Ontario Inc. ("we", "us"), the seller of Fast Tables, the Composer package fasttables/fast-tables.
In this agreement, "the Software" means Fast Tables. By installing or using the Software you agree to these terms.
Fast Tables is proprietary software. It is not open source. You can read the code in the package, but this agreement, not an open-source licence, controls what you may do with it.
1. The licence
When you buy a licence, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Fast Tables:
- Single domain: on one production domain. A domain is a registrable domain name, such as
example.com, together with all of its subdomains. - Unlimited: on any host: your own production domains, sites you build for your clients, domains and servers that belong to your customers, and inside a product of your own that you distribute to them. One domain key covers every host.
Local development, testing, staging and preview hosts, private network addresses, and any installation whose environment is not production do not count as production domains and need no key.
The Software obtains a domain key for each production host by sending your licence key and that host name to us once; the domain key names the domains your licence covers, or every host for an Unlimited licence. You may use licence keys and domain keys only in deployments this agreement covers.
2. Updates and renewals
Both licences include updates and support for 12 months from purchase. If you do not renew, you may keep using every version released during that period. Renewing restores access to updates and to a new domain key, at the price shown when you renew.
Support means answering questions about installing and using the Software, by email at [email protected], on business days, on a best-effort basis. It does not include writing features for you or debugging your own application code.
3. What you may not do
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Software or its source code, on its own or as part of a product whose main purpose is to offer the Software's features to other developers (such as a competing table plugin or a starter kit).
- Publish the Software's source code, in whole or in part, for example in a public repository or a fork.
- Modify, bypass, or disable the licence checks, or otherwise use the Software without a licence.
- Share your Composer credentials or licence keys outside your team or your client's team, or use a domain key on a domain it does not name.
- Remove copyright or licence notices.
You may ship the Software inside an application you build for yourself or for an end client, who may use that application on a production domain covered by a licence: your own Unlimited licence, or the client's own licence. With an Unlimited licence you may also give such an application to your customers to install on their own servers, or include it in a product you sell or distribute, provided the product's main purpose is not to offer the Software's features to other developers. You may change the Software for your own projects, except as listed above.
4. Ownership
We keep all rights in the Software. You own the applications you build with it.
5. No warranty
To the extent the law allows, the Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that it is free of defects or that it fits your purpose.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability for any claim about the Software is limited to the amount you paid for your licence in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in this agreement limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited, or any right you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
7. Termination
This licence ends if you break these terms. When it ends, you must stop using the Software in new deployments. Deployments made before it ended may keep running the versions they have.
8. Changes
We may update this agreement for future purchases and renewals. The version in force when you buy or renew applies to that purchase.
9. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of Ontario have jurisdiction over any dispute.
