Privacy Policy
Last updated: 28 October 2026
This policy explains what personal data 2603639 Ontario Inc. ("we", "us") collects through fasttables.com and when you buy Fast Tables.
What this website collects
- No tracking cookies. The public pages set no cookies. The licence portal at
/licencesets one session cookie, scoped to that path, so you can stay signed in with your licence key while you manage your domains. - Licence portal and activation. When your app activates or you sign in there we store a hash of your licence key (never the key itself), the email you give if any, the tier of your licence, the production domains registered, and a record of the domain keys issued, with the time and IP address of each. We use this to issue and support your licence and keep it for the life of the licence plus one year.
- Server logs. Our web server records standard request data (IP address, browser user agent, page requested, time) to keep the site secure and working. Logs are deleted after 14 days.
- Analytics. We use PostHog to count visits and clicks on this website and the live demo, so we can see which pages and buttons are used. It runs in a mode that sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. It records the page, the referring site, your browser, your country and the buttons you click. We ask PostHog not to keep IP addresses. It does not follow you across other websites, and we do not run it on the licence portal or inside the plugin.
When you buy a licence
Payments are processed by Stripe, and licences are issued and managed by Privato. We receive your name, email address, billing country, the licence you bought, and the information needed for tax and invoices. We never see your full card details.
We use this data to:
- Deliver your licence and Composer credentials.
- Send receipts, renewal reminders and important product notices.
- Provide support when you contact us.
- Meet our tax and accounting duties.
We do not sell your data, and we do not send marketing email unless you opt in.
The plugin itself
Fast Tables runs in your application. Once per production host, after the first page it serves there, it sends us your licence key, the host name and the plugin version to receive the domain key for that host; while a domain waits for our approval it repeats that request once a day. It sends nothing on page loads and nothing about your application, your users or your records. Development, test and staging hosts send nothing at all. You can turn the automatic request off and use a domain key from the fast-tables:activate command instead.
Who else handles your data
We use a few providers to run the site and the shop: Stripe (payments), Privato (licences and Composer access), PostHog (analytics), Cloudflare (DNS and email forwarding), Brevo (sending email) and our server hosting providers. They handle your data for us and only for that purpose. We are in Canada, and some of these providers may store data in other countries, including the United States and the European Union.
How long we keep data
We keep purchase records for as long as tax law requires (often 6 to 10 years). Support emails are kept for 2 years after the conversation ends.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to how we use it. Email [email protected] and we will reply within 30 days.
